A highly stylized blackletter with dramatic thick–thin contrast and crisp, blade-like terminals. Strokes are built from broken, angular forms with occasional rounded bowls, while hairline entry/exit strokes create pointed hooks and delicate flicks. Uppercase letters are wide and display-focused, with prominent swashes and asymmetrical flourishes, while the lowercase is more compact and rhythmically consistent, forming dark vertical texture typical of text blackletter. Numerals follow the same chiseled construction, with curved diagonal stress and tapered ends that keep them visually aligned with the letterforms.

Best suited to display settings such as headlines, posters, packaging, and branding where a historic or ceremonial voice is desired. It also works well for titles on book covers, event collateral, and certificates where decorative capitals can be used to punctuate short phrases.

The overall tone is historic and ceremonial, evoking manuscripts, proclamations, and heraldic signage. Its sharp forms and high-contrast strokes lend a dramatic, authoritative feel, while the flourished capitals add a sense of craftsmanship and pageantry.

The design appears intended to modernize traditional blackletter construction with crisp contrast and expressive, flourished capitals for impactful display typography. It balances dense, rhythmic lowercase texture with more ornamental uppercase forms to support both short text settings and title-driven compositions.

In longer lines the lowercase produces a dense, dark color and strong vertical cadence, while the ornate capitals stand out as decorative elements. The distinctive pointed joins and hairline flicks make the face most effective at moderate-to-large sizes where the fine details can remain visible.
