A dense, faceted blackletter with sharply broken strokes and prominent triangular terminals. The letterforms show pronounced thick–thin modulation and a strong vertical rhythm, with narrow internal counters and tightly articulated joins that create a dark overall color. Capitals are tall and commanding with pointed crowns and occasional spur-like projections, while lowercase forms remain compact with straight stems and minimal rounding. Numerals follow the same chiseled, calligraphic logic, reading as constructed from angled cuts rather than curves.

Best suited for display typography such as posters, headlines, wordmarks, and packaging where a historic or Gothic flavor is desired. It works particularly well for short titles, labels, and brand marks that benefit from a strong vertical cadence and a dark, authoritative presence.

The font projects an old-world, ceremonial tone associated with medieval manuscripts, heraldry, and traditional Gothic signage. Its heavy texture and pointed detailing feel authoritative and dramatic, lending a formal, ritual quality to short statements and names.

The design appears intended to evoke traditional blackletter writing through broken strokes, pointed terminals, and a dense typographic color, while keeping forms consistent and sturdy for modern display use.

At text sizes the rhythm becomes highly patterned and continuous, with small apertures and dense counters that can reduce readability in long passages. The distinctive capitals contribute much of the personality and are well-suited to initial words and display settings where their sharp silhouettes can be appreciated.
