This typeface is a high-contrast serif with sharply tapered, wedge-like serifs and subtly flared stroke endings that give stems a carved, calligraphic feel. Curves are generous and clean, with smooth, round bowls and pronounced thick–thin modulation, especially visible in C/O/Q and the figures. Terminals often finish in pointed or beaked shapes (notably on S, a, f, and r), while the uppercase shows classical proportions with a slightly narrow, vertical rhythm. The lowercase has a traditional structure with a double-storey g, compact apertures, and a neat, rounded i/j dot, producing a crisp texture in text.

Well suited to editorial design, long-form reading, and book or magazine typography where a refined, classical serif texture is desired. It also performs nicely in headlines, pull quotes, and premium brand materials such as invitations or cultural programs where contrast and sharp terminals can add sophistication.

The overall tone is polished and bookish, balancing classical authority with a slightly sharp, fashion-forward edge from the pointed terminals and flared endings. It reads as cultured and formal rather than friendly, with an editorial sophistication suited to premium typography.

The design appears intended to evoke a classical serif voice while adding a distinctive, slightly sharpened finish through flared stroke endings and pointed terminals. Its proportions and modulation aim for an elegant reading texture with enough character to stand out in display settings.

In the sample paragraph, the spacing and contrast create a lively, sparkling line without feeling brittle, though the sharp joins and thin hairlines make the design feel more at home at comfortable text sizes than at very small settings. The numerals follow the same modulated, refined logic, with elegant curves and clear differentiation.
