This serif typeface features pronounced thick–thin modulation with very fine hairlines and sharply tapered joins, creating a crisp, delicate color on the page. Serifs are narrow and mostly bracketed, with a controlled, slightly calligraphic stroke flow visible in diagonals and curved terminals. Uppercase proportions are stately and open, with rounded forms (C, O) that feel airy and verticals that stay clean and steady. The lowercase shows compact, traditional construction with a two-storey a and g, a narrow, straight-sided n/m, and modest ascenders and descenders that keep text rhythm even. Numerals are slender and elegant, matching the overall contrast and formal posture.

It works well for book typography, magazine and journal layouts, and other editorial settings where a refined serif voice is desired. It can also support high-end branding, invitations, and display typography at larger sizes where the thin details can be appreciated.

The overall tone is poised and classical, projecting sophistication and restraint rather than warmth or informality. Its sharp contrast and fine details suggest a premium, editorial feel suited to cultured, literary contexts.

The design appears intended as a conventional, high-contrast text serif that balances classical proportions with a polished, contemporary crispness. It prioritizes an elegant page rhythm and a cultured tone suitable for sustained reading and formal communication.

In longer text, the combination of fine hairlines and tight serifs produces a bright, refined texture with clear word shapes. The design reads as distinctly traditional, with minimal eccentricity and a strong emphasis on clean vertical stress and graceful curves.
