A hand-drawn, all-purpose serif with irregular, slightly wobbly outlines and a softly distressed interior texture that suggests marker or brush on absorbent paper. Strokes stay broadly even, but edges feather and wobble, creating a lively rhythm and uneven color across a line. Serifs are small and blunt, counters are open, and curves (like O/C/G) show gentle asymmetry. Overall spacing reads loose and natural, with modest inconsistencies that reinforce the handmade character.

Works best in display settings where texture and personality matter—posters, cover titles, product labels, menus, and craft-oriented branding. It can also suit short paragraphs or pull quotes when set with comfortable size and leading, allowing the irregular texture to read as intentional rather than noisy.

The tone is friendly and casual with a crafty, analog feel—more like lettering from a notebook or handmade sign than a polished text face. Its roughened texture adds warmth and approachability while staying legible, giving it a playful, slightly vintage DIY personality.

The design appears intended to capture the spontaneity of hand lettering while remaining organized enough for typesetting. Its controlled proportions paired with intentionally imperfect edges aim to deliver a consistent, tactile printed look for friendly, characterful communication.

Uppercase forms are relatively tall and straightforward, while lowercase adds more idiosyncrasy (notably the single-story a and g, and a tall, narrow f). Numerals follow the same hand-rendered texture and uneven stroke edges, keeping the set cohesive. The distressed effect appears as subtle interior streaking and uneven outline thickness rather than heavy erosion.
