A heavy, angular display face with aggressively jagged outlines and uneven, chiseled terminals. Strokes are broadly monolinear, but the edges fracture into sharp facets that create a torn, hand-cut silhouette. Counters are small and irregular, and many forms lean on straight segments with abrupt directional changes rather than smooth curves, producing a rough rhythm and inconsistent sidebearings that feel intentionally unruly. Numerals follow the same serrated construction, with compact interior space and hard-cornered contours.

Best suited to short, high-impact display typography such as horror or thriller posters, Halloween promotions, haunted attraction signage, game or film title cards, and punchy headings on flyers and covers. It works well where a rough, ominous texture is desirable and ample spacing can be used to keep letterforms from crowding.

The overall tone is ominous and theatrical, evoking cursed signage, occult ephemera, and vintage horror titles. Its spiky, broken contours add tension and urgency, reading as creepy and confrontational rather than refined or playful.

The design appears intended to deliver an instantly eerie, hand-hewn look—like letters cut from stone or torn from paper—prioritizing dramatic silhouette and mood over smooth readability. It aims to supply a distinctive, spooky voice for titles and branding that need a sharp-edged, unsettling presence.

In text settings the silhouette stays highly active, with distinctive notches and hooked terminals that help individual letters stand out, but the dense texture can build quickly across long lines. The font’s character is driven more by its fractured edge treatment than by internal contrast, so it holds a strong black mass even at smaller display sizes.
