A high‑contrast serif with a sculpted, calligraphic construction and pronounced thick–thin modulation. Terminals frequently curl into teardrop/ball-like shapes, giving many strokes a swashed, carved quality, while the serifs read as finely bracketed and sometimes flare into wedge-like points. Uppercase forms are narrow and stately with decorative entry strokes (notably on A, J, and Y), and the lowercase shows compact, upright proportions with crisp joins and tapered arms. Numerals follow the same contrasty logic, mixing sharp wedges with rounded terminals for a cohesive, display-oriented texture.

Best used for display typography such as magazine headlines, pull quotes, titles, posters, and packaging where its decorative terminals and contrast can provide personality. It can also work for short-form editorial settings (chapter heads, invitations, brand taglines) when set with comfortable tracking and ample size.

The overall tone is refined and theatrical, balancing traditional serif formality with a subtle ornamental flourish. It feels suited to vintage-leaning, editorial sophistication while maintaining a slightly playful, storybook sparkle through its curled terminals and dramatic stroke contrast.

The font appears designed to reinterpret a classic serif model with added calligraphic curls and sculpted terminals, aiming for a distinctive, high-impact display voice while retaining an underlying traditional structure.

The design relies on distinctive terminals and narrow spacing to create rhythm, so it reads most confidently at larger sizes where the thin hairlines and curled details remain clear. Round letters (O, Q, o) appear especially polished and symmetrical, while diagonals and joins (V, W, y, k) emphasize sharpness and contrast.
