A serifed, slab-leaning design with compact proportions and strongly bracketed-looking feet and terminals rendered with visibly stepped, pixel-like edges. Strokes show pronounced thick–thin modulation and crisp interior counters, while the outlines stay intentionally rough, as if printed or scanned, producing uneven corners and slightly broken joins. Overall spacing is steady and readable, with a sturdy baseline and consistent cap height; the irregular contouring gives each glyph a subtly different silhouette without breaking the text color.

Best suited to display settings where texture is an asset—headlines, posters, book or album covers, and editorial pull quotes. It also works well for zines, retro computing-themed graphics, and packaging or branding that benefits from a rough, printed aesthetic.

The face reads as typewriter-adjacent and archival, with a tactile, worn-in texture that suggests age, duplication, or imperfect printing. Its coarse edges add grit and character, balancing a serious, utilitarian tone with a hint of retro, DIY rawness.

The design appears intended to combine sturdy, familiar serif structure with a deliberately degraded, pixel-stepped finish, evoking the feel of typewriter print or photocopied matter while staying legible in short paragraphs and prominent display lines.

The stepped contouring is present across capitals, lowercase, and numerals, creating a deliberate bitmap/quantized impression rather than smooth curves. Round letters (like O, C, G, and 0) retain clear forms but show faceted arcs, and diagonal strokes (like V, W, X, and Y) appear slightly jagged, reinforcing the rugged texture in continuous text.
