A delicate serif with pronounced thick–thin contrast and hairline connecting strokes. Vertical stems terminate in subtly flared, wedge-like endings rather than heavy bracketed serifs, giving the outlines a gently calligraphic finish. Capitals are tall and poised with generous interior space (notably in C, O, and Q), while the lowercase keeps a measured, bookish rhythm with clear, open counters and light, tapering terminals. Numerals echo the same finesse, with thin joins and elegant curves that read best when given room.

Best suited to editorial headlines, magazine or book titling, and luxury-oriented branding where its contrast and fine terminals can remain crisp. It also works well for invitations, cultural programs, and short-form pull quotes; for longer reading, it will typically be more comfortable at moderate-to-large sizes and with generous leading.

The overall tone is polished and high-end, balancing classical letterform heritage with a contemporary, airy lightness. It feels calm, cultured, and editorial—more about sophistication and nuance than assertive impact.

The design appears intended to deliver a modern, high-contrast reading of classical serif construction, using flared endings to suggest pen-influenced movement while keeping the overall silhouette clean and restrained. It aims to provide an elegant display voice that still retains disciplined, text-like proportions.

In the text sample the thin horizontals and joins create a shimmering texture at larger sizes, while the flared stroke endings add warmth and character without becoming ornate. The design favors clarity through open shapes and controlled modulation, making spacing and line breaks look orderly and composed.
