This typeface is a monospaced slab serif with sturdy, square-ended serifs and largely uniform stroke weight. Letterforms are upright and relatively wide, with generous interior space and clear, open counters (notably in C, G, O, and e). Serifs are mostly unbracketed and rectangular, giving the strokes a crisp, engineered finish; joins and curves are smooth but restrained. The lowercase features a two-storey a and g, compact shoulder shapes, and a straightforward, workmanlike rhythm that stays consistent across the set. Numerals follow the same even, monoline construction, with a plain, readable 0 and simple, stable forms for 1–9.

It’s well-suited to code, terminal-style interfaces, and any situation where alignment matters, such as tables, forms, and data-heavy layouts. The sturdy slabs and open counters also make it a solid option for technical documentation and editorial body text where a structured, typewriter-like voice is desired.

The overall tone is practical and no-nonsense, evoking classic typewriter and early computer printout aesthetics. Its square slabs and steady spacing give it a procedural, technical character, while the restrained curves keep it calm and legible rather than decorative.

The design appears aimed at delivering dependable, fixed-width clarity with a traditional slab-serif backbone, combining typewriter familiarity with a clean, squared-off finish. It prioritizes consistent rhythm, alignment-friendly proportions, and straightforward readability over expressive calligraphic detail.

The strict fixed-width cadence creates a strong vertical texture in text settings, with prominent serifs producing a slightly darker baseline and cap-line emphasis. Round characters remain visibly rounded despite the square terminal treatment, balancing mechanical structure with readable forms.
