A jagged, distressed display face with sharply torn edges and irregular, flame-like notches that carve into otherwise heavy strokes. The silhouettes feel hand-cut and uneven, with pronounced stroke contrast and an overall rightward slant that reads as italic. Counters are rough and sometimes partially occluded, and spacing appears intentionally inconsistent to heighten the volatile rhythm. Uppercase and lowercase share the same aggressive texture, with compact forms punctuated by sudden spikes and tapered terminals.

Ideal for short, high-impact typography such as horror film titles, Halloween promotions, haunted attraction signage, dark game branding, and album or book covers. It performs best in larger sizes where the jagged contouring and tapered spikes can be appreciated without collapsing, and it pairs well with simpler supporting text for readable layouts.

The font projects a sinister, ritualistic mood—like ink dragged across rough paper or letters clawed out of shadow. Its irregular texture and serrated outlines create tension and unease, fitting horror, dark fantasy, and macabre storytelling contexts where legibility can be traded for atmosphere.

The design appears intended to deliver an immediate shock of dread through torn, spiked silhouettes and an unstable rhythm, evoking decay and menace. Its italic slant and high-contrast cuts amplify motion and drama, aiming for expressive, cinematic display use over neutral versatility.

At text sizes the distressed interior cuts and narrow joins can visually fill in, making the face best treated as a headline/display tool rather than a long-reading choice. Numerals and punctuation (as shown in the sample) maintain the same shredded contouring, helping mixed text keep a consistent, ominous voice.
