This is a refined italic serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and hairline terminals. Strokes taper sharply into delicate bracketed serifs, with a consistent rightward slant and a smooth, calligraphic rhythm. Uppercase forms feel tall and poised with narrow joins and crisp entry/exit strokes, while the lowercase shows lively italic construction—single-storey a and g, a long-descending f, and gently arched shoulders—giving the line a continuous, swept motion. Figures are similarly high-contrast and sculpted, with curved forms showing thin hairline connections and emphatic thick strokes.

It performs best in display and editorial settings such as magazine headlines, deck lines, pull quotes, and refined branding where its contrast and motion can be appreciated. It can also suit book covers or chapter openers, especially at larger sizes where hairlines and terminals remain clear.

The overall tone is elegant and high-end, with a distinctly editorial feel. Its sharp contrasts and flowing italic movement suggest sophistication and a touch of drama, evoking luxury publishing, fashion, and cultured literary contexts rather than utilitarian UI typography.

The design appears intended to deliver a polished, classic italic voice with luxurious contrast and calligraphic finesse, prioritizing elegance and expressive texture in composed typography.

In running text the spacing and slant create a strong diagonal cadence, with narrow hairlines that add sparkle but also make fine details visually delicate. The italic character is emphatic rather than subtle, so it reads as a stylistic voice and can dominate a layout when set large.
