This italic serif shows a flowing, calligraphic construction with pronounced diagonal stress and a strong thick–thin rhythm. Hairline serifs and terminals are sharply tapered, often ending in teardrop-like or hooky forms, giving strokes a crisp entry/exit. Uppercase proportions feel classical and slightly wide, while lowercase forms are more animated, with a single-storey italic “a” and “g” and long, energetic extenders. Curves are smooth and controlled, with compact joins and subtle bracketing that keeps the high contrast from looking brittle.

Best suited to display and short-to-medium text where its contrast and cursive energy can be appreciated—magazine headlines, pull quotes, book or chapter titles, and refined branding. It can also work well for formal stationery or invitations when a classic, upscale italic voice is desired.

The tone is polished and literary, with a sense of ceremony and sophistication typical of high-end editorial typography. Its dramatic contrast and sweeping italics add romance and flair without tipping into novelty, reading as confident, cultured, and premium.

The design appears intended to provide a traditional italic serif with heightened elegance and expressive stroke endings, balancing readability with a distinctly premium, editorial character. It emphasizes fluidity and contrast to deliver a sophisticated voice for prominent typographic moments.

Numerals follow the same italic, high-contrast logic, with crisp hairlines and sculpted curves that make them feel integrated with text settings. The overall rhythm is lively and right-leaning, with notable momentum in letters like k, v/w, and y where terminals finish in expressive flicks.
