A sharply angular blackletter with broken strokes and faceted terminals, built from narrow verticals and pointed joins. The texture is dense and rhythmic, with consistent straight-sided stems, small wedge-like feet, and frequent diamond/triangular nodes where strokes change direction. Curves are minimized in favor of chamfered angles, giving letters a cut-from-metal feel; counters stay tight and openings are often slit-like. Capitals are compact and upright in structure, while the overall set maintains a slightly forward-leaning, blade-edged motion across words.

Best suited to display typography: posters, headlines, album/track artwork, event promotions, game or film titles, and logo-style wordmarks. It can also add a gothic accent to packaging or editorial pull quotes when set with generous size and spacing.

The font projects a medieval and ceremonial tone with an ominous, occult edge. Its sharp contours and compressed rhythm create a tense, aggressive atmosphere that reads as gothic, theatrical, and intentionally intense rather than friendly or neutral.

The design appears intended to reinterpret historic blackletter forms with a hard, angular, modern bite—prioritizing dramatic texture and a distinctive silhouette over neutral readability. Its consistent fractured construction suggests a deliberate, ornamental voice for attention-grabbing display use.

In text, the strong vertical cadence produces a dark, patterned “wall” of type, making it most comfortable at larger sizes or short runs. Several glyphs share closely related silhouettes in the traditional blackletter manner, so spacing and context become important for quick recognition, especially in all-caps or tight settings.
