A sharp, faceted display face built from straight strokes and crisp diagonal cuts, with frequent “broken” joins that mimic pen-lifted construction. Vertical stems dominate, while diagonals are steep and tightly controlled, producing a compact, high-impact texture. Counters are small and often polygonal, and terminals finish in wedge-like, chiseled points that create a consistent sawtooth rhythm along baselines and caps. The uppercase set feels structured and architectural, while the lowercase keeps the same angular logic with simpler, narrower forms and prominent diamond-like i-dots.

Best suited for short, prominent text such as headlines, posters, titles, and brand marks where its angular detail can be appreciated. It can also work well for thematic packaging, event materials, or album/cover art that benefits from a historic or gothic atmosphere, but is less ideal for long-form reading at small sizes.

The overall tone is medieval and ceremonial, evoking manuscripts, guild marks, and heraldic signage. Its hard angles and dense rhythm read as stern and authoritative, with a theatrical, old-world presence that suits dramatic or historical themes.

The design appears intended to deliver a traditional, manuscript-like presence with a crisp, carved finish, balancing ornamented blackletter cues with relatively clean, repeatable geometry for modern display use.

Letterforms show deliberate spacing and a strong vertical cadence, with distinctive, easily recognizable capitals (notably the peaked A, notched C, and angular O/Q). Numerals follow the same carved geometry, including a very characteristic 8 with an internal crossing detail, reinforcing the consistent blackletter-inspired texture across alphanumerics.
