A high-contrast serif with a consistent italic slant and sharply tapered hairlines against robust main strokes. Serifs are fine and bracketed, with crisp, chiseled terminals that give the letterforms a polished, print-like finish. The lowercase shows fluid, slightly calligraphic construction with single-storey forms where expected, while capitals remain stately and evenly proportioned. Numerals follow the same contrast and italic rhythm, with open counters and slender joins that keep the texture bright despite the strong thick–thin transitions.

Well suited to editorial typography such as magazines, book jackets, and article headlines where an elegant italic voice is desired. It also works for pull quotes and short passages that benefit from expressive emphasis, as well as refined branding and packaging where high contrast can read as premium.

The overall tone is cultured and editorial, balancing sophistication with a lively, cursive energy. Its sharp contrast and sweeping italic motion suggest fashion, literature, and classic publishing rather than utilitarian interfaces.

The design appears intended to deliver a conventional text-serif structure infused with a more expressive italic cadence and pronounced thick–thin modulation. It aims for a refined, high-end impression while maintaining familiar, readable proportions for continuous setting.

At text sizes the font creates a sparkling page color: thin horizontals and hairlines lighten the texture while strong verticals keep lines well anchored. The italic angle and pointed details add momentum and drama, making it especially effective when set with generous leading and comfortable tracking.
