A slanted calligraphic serif design with pronounced thick–thin modulation and tapered stroke endings. Letterforms show a pen-driven rhythm with subtly swelling stems, sharp hairline connections, and small, wedge-like terminals that read as lightly bracketed serifs. Capitals are spacious and slightly ornamental, while lowercase forms are more fluid and compact, with occasional gentle entry/exit strokes and a lively baseline cadence. The overall texture is crisp and high-contrast, producing a bright page color with clear word shapes at display and text sizes.

Well suited to invitations, announcements, and ceremonial pieces where an elegant italic voice is desired. It also performs nicely for book covers, chapter openers, pull quotes, and editorial titling, as well as refined branding applications that benefit from a traditional calligraphic serif texture.

The font conveys a poised, cultivated tone—evoking formal correspondence, bookish titles, and traditional ceremony. Its italic movement and calligraphic contrast add a sense of grace and motion without becoming overly decorative, creating an impression that is confident, classical, and slightly romantic.

The design appears intended to translate broad-nib calligraphy into a readable, typographic italic—balancing formal flourish with consistent proportions for longer phrases. It aims to provide a classic, premium tone while remaining legible and cohesive across capitals, lowercase, and figures.

Numerals match the calligraphic logic with elegant curves and hairline joins, supporting continuous reading in mixed content. The design maintains consistent angle and contrast across the set, while allowing subtle variation in character width and stroke flare that keeps lines of text feeling handwritten rather than mechanical.
