This typeface is a very delicate serif with pronounced thick–thin contrast and tapered, flared stroke endings that feel drawn rather than mechanically bracketed. Capitals are wide and stately with generous internal space, while the lowercase keeps a moderate x-height and long, fine ascenders/descenders that create an open vertical rhythm. Curves (C, O, S) are smooth and slightly organic, and terminals often finish in a subtle wedge or teardrop-like flare. Overall spacing is comfortable and the silhouettes read cleanly despite the extremely fine hairlines.

Best suited to large text and display settings where the high contrast and fine detailing can remain intact—such as magazine headlines, book covers, pull quotes, and high-end brand identities. It can also work for short-to-medium passages in print or high-resolution contexts when ample size and spacing are used.

The tone is polished and literary, with a poised, cultured presence suited to premium, editorial settings. Its lightness and crisp contrast convey sophistication and restraint, leaning toward classic bookish elegance rather than bold modern minimalism. The flared finishing strokes add a gentle calligraphic warmth, softening the high-contrast sharpness.

The design appears intended to blend classical serif proportions with a distinctly flared, calligraphic finishing touch, delivering an elegant voice with contemporary cleanliness. It prioritizes refined contrast and graceful terminal behavior to create a premium, editorial character.

The numerals and punctuation match the same hairline-and-flare logic, giving figures a graceful, slightly display-leaning refinement. At smaller sizes the thinnest strokes may appear especially fragile, while at larger sizes the detailing and tapering become a defining feature.
