A heavy display serif with pronounced bracketed serifs and flared stroke endings that broaden into terminals. Strokes feel mostly even in weight overall, but the forms show clear thick–thin modulation through tapers and swelling joints, especially at curves and serif joins. Counters are relatively tight and bowls are generously rounded, giving the letters a compact, punchy silhouette. The lowercase shows a double‑storey “a,” single‑storey “g,” and a ball‑like i/j dot; the “t” has a substantial crossbar and a robust stem, reinforcing the dense texture in text settings.

Best suited for headlines and short blocks of display text where its flared serifs and dense color can read as intentional personality. It can work well for branding, packaging, and book or magazine covers, especially in contexts that benefit from a retro-leaning, authoritative serif voice.

The tone is bold and self-assured with a nostalgic, editorial flavor. Rounded bowls and softened joins keep it approachable, while the sharp, flared serifs add authority and a slightly dramatic, poster-like presence.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact with a classic serif structure enhanced by flared terminals and rounded, sturdy forms. It prioritizes strong presence and stylistic cohesion for display use while remaining legible in punchy, attention-grabbing settings.

Spacing appears intentionally firm, producing a dark, cohesive color that holds together well at large sizes. The numerals are weighty and stylized, matching the serif treatment and maintaining a consistent, headline-forward rhythm across letters and figures.
