A high-contrast italic serif with a pronounced rightward slant and razor-thin hairlines against strong, sculpted main strokes. Serifs are fine and sharp, often wedge-like, with crisp terminals and a distinctly calligraphic entry/exit movement. Curves are taut and streamlined, counters are relatively narrow, and spacing feels lively with noticeable glyph-to-glyph width variation that creates a flowing rhythm in text. Several lowercase forms show subtle to moderate swash tendencies—especially on letters like w, y, z, and some descenders—adding ornamental motion without fully becoming a script.

Best used for display and short-form typography such as magazine headlines, pull quotes, book or album covers, luxury branding, and formal stationery. It can also work for larger-size editorial subheads where a refined italic voice is needed, but the fine hairlines suggest avoiding very small sizes or low-contrast printing conditions.

The overall tone is polished and expressive, combining editorial sophistication with a touch of theatrical flair. It reads as classic and cultured, suited to settings where elegance and a sense of ceremony are desired.

The design appears intended to provide a conventional serif foundation with a more expressive italic voice—emphasizing sharp contrast, calligraphic modulation, and subtly decorative details to elevate emphasis, titles, and refined brand messaging.

In the sample text the extreme contrast and delicate hairlines become more apparent at smaller sizes, while at larger sizes the sharp serifs and sweeping italic forms create striking word shapes. Numerals follow the same italic, high-contrast logic, with slender joins and pointed finishing strokes that match the letterforms.
