A slanted, monolinear letterform set with typewriter-like proportions and consistent character widths. Strokes have visibly rough, inked edges and slightly swollen terminals, creating an uneven printed texture while maintaining a steady baseline and regular spacing rhythm. Counters are open and simple, with modest modulation from pressure-like thickening in curves and joins. Numerals and capitals share the same sturdy, utilitarian structure, with intentionally imperfect contours that read like worn imprint or degraded reproduction.

It suits display and short-to-medium text where texture is a feature—posters, book or album covers, film titles/credits, editorial pull quotes, and packaging or labels that benefit from a worn print aesthetic. It can also work for UI accents or thematic overlays when a mechanical, aged tone is desired.

The font conveys a gritty, vintage utilitarian tone—part newsroom, part workshop, with a slightly ominous noir edge. The slant and rough texture add urgency and human fallibility without becoming fully handwritten, keeping the mood mechanical but weathered.

The design appears intended to mimic an italicized typewriter or stamped imprint that has been repeatedly used, scanned, or printed on absorbent stock. It prioritizes a consistent, grid-friendly rhythm while injecting analog imperfection through rough edges and inky artifacts.

The distress is consistent across the set, showing edge breakup and minor irregularities rather than dramatic tearing, so text blocks retain a cohesive color. The pronounced slant is balanced by stable, typewriter-like alignment, making the texture the main source of character.
