A compact, wedge‑serif display face with sharply tapering terminals and strongly flared stroke endings. Stems and arms widen toward joins and endpoints, creating a carved, chiseled silhouette with crisp triangular serifs and narrow internal apertures. The design shows pronounced stroke modulation and a lively rhythm: rounded letters have deep, dark bowls, while diagonals and cross-strokes pinch into slender points, giving the texture a punchy, high-ink presence. Numerals and capitals read as sturdy and monumental, while the lowercase keeps a consistent, slightly condensed color with strong weight concentration at curves and terminals.

Best suited to display work where its sharp flares and dramatic contrast can be appreciated: headlines, poster typography, magazine mastheads, book covers, and branding accents. It can also work for short editorial subheads or pull quotes when set with generous tracking and spacing to preserve clarity.

The overall tone is commanding and theatrical, with a classic poster sensibility. Its sharp wedges and dense black shapes evoke vintage signage and editorial headline typography, balancing refinement with a bold, attention-grabbing edge.

The design appears intended to deliver a bold, classical display voice with a sculpted, engraved character. By pairing wedge-like serifs with flaring stems and tight counters, it aims to create memorable, high-impact letterforms that feel heritage-inspired while remaining crisp and graphic in modern layouts.

Counters tend to be tight and the joins are emphatic, so the face forms a dark, cohesive typographic color at text sizes. The flared endings and pointed terminals create distinctive word shapes, especially in mixed-case settings, where the lowercase adds momentum through its strong curves and tapered entry/exit strokes.
