A high-contrast serif with sculpted, calligraphic stress and very thin hairlines paired with strong main stems. Serifs are sharp and finely tapered with subtle bracketing, giving joins a carved, chiseled look rather than a purely mechanical one. Counters are compact and neatly controlled; curves end in pointed terminals and teardrop-like forms, visible in letters such as a, c, e, and s. The overall rhythm is crisp and formal, with delicate connections and pronounced thick–thin transitions that become especially striking at display sizes.

Best suited to headlines, pull quotes, magazine layouts, and brand marks where contrast and sharp detailing can be appreciated. It can work for short blocks of body text in high-quality print or large sizes, but the fine hairlines suggest avoiding very small sizes or low-resolution environments where delicate strokes may break down.

The font reads as polished and upscale, with a fashion/editorial tone and a dramatic sheen. Its sharp terminals and refined hairlines convey precision and confidence, leaning more toward sophisticated headlines than casual reading.

The design appears intended to deliver a modernized, editorial take on classic high-contrast serifs—prioritizing elegance, sharpness, and dramatic typographic color for display-led composition.

Round letters show a distinct diagonal stress and pronounced thinning at the top/bottom, while diagonals (V, W, X) feel razor-like due to the hairlines. The lowercase shows a traditional, bookish structure with a two-storey a and a looping, descender-heavy g, reinforcing a classic editorial texture in text settings.
