A heavy display serif with pronounced flaring at stroke terminals and wedge-like serifs that read as sharp, triangular cuts. The letterforms show strong thick–thin modulation with crisp joins, giving counters a sculpted, high-contrast look. Proportions are expansive and open, with broad caps and generous horizontal spread; curved forms (O, C, S) feel taut and carved, while diagonals (V, W, X, Y) end in pointed, chiseled tips. Lowercase shapes are sturdy and compact with a slightly calligraphic stress, and the numerals echo the same sharp, flared finishing and brisk, angular detailing.

Best suited to short, high-impact settings such as headlines, posters, book or album covers, and brand marks where its flared terminals and sharp wedges can be appreciated. It also works well for packaging and editorial display typography, particularly at larger sizes where the angular detailing stays clear.

The font projects a forceful, ceremonial tone—part classic bookish serif, part theatrical headline face. Its sharp wedges and exaggerated contrast suggest confidence and formality, with an assertive, slightly gothic edge that feels suited to dramatic statements rather than quiet text.

The design appears intended to deliver a bold, attention-grabbing serif voice with a sculpted, flared finish—combining classical serif cues with heightened contrast and pointed terminals for dramatic display use.

In the text sample the dense black strokes create strong texture and high visual presence, especially in words with many diagonals and pointed joins. The ampersand and punctuation share the same chiseled, flared language, reinforcing a consistent, carved-in-stone aesthetic across the set.
