A compact blackletter with tall, narrow proportions and sharply faceted terminals. Strokes appear mostly uniform in thickness with modest contrast, built from straight verticals and angled joins that create a chiseled, geometric rhythm. Curves are minimized and often resolved into polygonal bowls and pointed corners, while counters stay tight and vertical. Uppercase forms are rigid and architectural; lowercase maintains a consistent, upright cadence with diamond-like dots and crisp, hooky ascenders and descenders. Numerals follow the same angular construction and feel integrated with the letterforms.

Well suited to short, prominent settings such as mastheads, titles, posters, album artwork, and thematic packaging where a historic or gothic atmosphere is desired. It can work for display copy and pull quotes, while extended paragraphs benefit from larger sizes and added letterspacing to maintain clarity.

The overall tone is medieval and ceremonial, projecting authority and tradition. Its sharp angles and restrained ornamentation read as stern and dramatic rather than playful, evoking manuscript and heraldic references.

The design appears intended to deliver a legible, display-oriented blackletter voice with a disciplined, geometric construction—capturing traditional gothic texture while keeping ornamentation relatively restrained and consistent across uppercase, lowercase, and figures.

Spacing appears relatively tight, and the dense internal shapes can visually merge at smaller sizes, increasing the need for generous tracking in long lines. The design’s repeated vertical strokes create a strong texture, with distinctive pointed terminals and notched joins providing recognizable blackletter flavor.
