A text-oriented serif with gently flared stems and wedge-like terminals that read as subtly calligraphic rather than purely mechanical. Serifs are tapered and integrated into the strokes, creating soft, swelling joins and a slightly organic rhythm across words. Capitals feel dignified and measured, with generous interior spaces and smooth curves; the Q features a prominent sweeping tail. Lowercase shows traditional book-face proportions with a steady baseline, rounded bowls, and modest apertures, while numerals appear lining and sturdy with the same flared finishing and balanced weight distribution.

Well suited to book typography, magazine articles, and other longform editorial layouts where a steady, familiar serif texture supports readability. It can also serve in academic or institutional materials, and works effectively for headlines and subheads when a traditional, print-forward voice is desired.

The overall tone is classical and literary, suggesting traditional print typography with a warm, human touch. Its flared endings and calm rhythm feel trustworthy and cultivated, lending an editorial gravitas without becoming overly formal or ornate.

The design appears intended as a contemporary take on a classic reading serif, using flared stroke endings and moderate modulation to evoke inscriptional/calligraphic roots while maintaining a composed, text-first color on the page.

Spacing appears comfortable for continuous reading, and the texture in paragraphs stays even, with clear word shapes and consistent stroke modulation. The flared terminals add personality at larger sizes while remaining restrained enough to hold together in dense text.
