A slanted, high-contrast serif with sharp, wedge-like terminals and a distinctly uneven, hand-cut rhythm. Strokes shift quickly from hairline to heavy, with flared joins and pointed feet that give many letters a spurred, slightly jagged silhouette. Proportions feel intentionally inconsistent: bowls are buoyant and asymmetric, curves are taut, and counters vary in openness from glyph to glyph. The lowercase shows lively, calligraphic movement with a single-storey a, an angular, narrow r, and an irregular g with a pronounced ear, while figures and caps maintain the same carved, spiky serif vocabulary.

Best suited to display applications where personality is the priority—headline typography, posters, playful branding, book or album covers, and themed packaging. It can add an expressive, slightly uncanny twist to short text runs, pull quotes, and title treatments when set with ample size and breathing room.

The overall tone is playful and off-kilter, like a classic serif seen through a theatrical, slightly mischievous lens. It reads as decorative and characterful rather than formal, with a quirky energy that suggests humor, folklore, or fantasy themes.

The design appears intended to reinterpret an italic serif through an intentionally irregular, decorative lens—preserving recognizable letterforms while exaggerating spurs, terminals, and contrast to create a one-off, character-driven voice.

Spacing appears relatively open, helping the sharp serifs and thin hairlines remain legible at display sizes, though the lively irregularities and delicate strokes make it feel less suited to long passages. The strong diagonal emphasis and pointed terminals create a lively texture, especially in mixed-case settings.
