A decorative roman with tall, slim proportions and crisp, incised-looking terminals. Strokes are mostly even in weight but frequently taper into sharp points, with small notches and wedge-like cuts that give many letters a carved, segmented feel. An offset shadow treatment is integrated into the letterforms, creating interior cut-outs and stepped edges that read as a consistent, built-in dimensional effect rather than simple outline drawing. Curves stay controlled and slightly angular, while the overall rhythm is tight and vertical, making the font feel refined yet stylized.

Best suited for display settings where the internal shadow and incised terminals can be appreciated—headlines, titles, posters, book covers, and packaging. It can work well for short brand marks or event identities that benefit from an antique, dramatic tone, but the built-in shadow detailing is most effective at medium to large sizes.

The shadowed, cut-in detailing lends a theatrical, slightly gothic atmosphere—part antique book typography, part poster display. It feels classy and enigmatic, with a handmade, chiseled character that suggests craft and ritual more than modern minimalism.

The design appears intended to evoke engraved or carved lettering with a built-in shadow, combining a classical serif foundation with ornamental cut-ins to add depth and spectacle. The goal is a distinctive, period-leaning display voice that remains readable while delivering a strong decorative signature.

The shadow effect is most noticeable on verticals and bowls, where the secondary offset creates a repeating inner edge and small voids. Numerals and capitals keep the same carved logic, helping the set feel cohesive in headings and short lines, while the distinctive notches add texture that becomes more pronounced as size increases.
