This serif face combines slender, mostly even strokes with sharp, spurred terminals and small wedge-like serifs that read as carved rather than softly bracketed. Curves are tightened into angular joins, giving bowls and shoulders a slightly faceted look, while verticals stay crisp and straight. The lowercase shows a relatively tall x-height with compact apertures, and the overall rhythm is narrow and upright, producing a dense, vertical texture in text. Numerals and capitals keep the same pointed terminal language, with occasional spear-like ends on diagonals and strokes that add a decorative edge without becoming fully blackletter.

Works well for book covers, chapter heads, and editorial headlines where a historic or literary voice is desired. It can also suit posters, packaging, and brand wordmarks that benefit from a refined gothic accent, while staying legible enough for short passages and pull quotes.

The pointed serifs and faceted curves evoke an old-world, manuscript-adjacent tone—formal, slightly austere, and a bit enigmatic. It feels at home in settings that want historic gravitas rather than contemporary neutrality, with a subtle gothic flavor that remains readable in continuous text.

The design appears intended to merge classical serif structure with decorative, pointed terminal details, creating a readable text face that carries a distinctly historical, gothic-leaning character for display and editorial use.

Distinctive spurs and tapered stroke endings create a consistent "cut" motif across both roman and italic-less forms shown, which can make spacing feel tighter at small sizes. The capital set looks particularly display-ready thanks to its emphatic terminals and strong vertical stance.
