A serif typeface with subtly flared stems and sharply tapered, beak-like terminals that give the letters a lightly incised, carved feel. Stroke contrast stays relatively even, with weight pooling at corners and ends rather than through strong thick–thin modulation. Capitals are stately and somewhat wide with crisp apexes (notably in A, V, W, Y) and rounded forms (C, G, O) that finish in pointed spur details. Lowercase shows a compact x-height with pronounced ascenders and a firm baseline, plus wedge-like feet and small, sculpted terminals that create a rhythmic, slightly ornamental texture in text.

Best suited to headlines, titling, and short-to-medium text where its sculpted terminals can be appreciated—such as book covers, editorial openers, posters, and identity work. It can also work for packaging and labels that want a classic, crafted feel, especially when set with generous tracking or at moderate sizes to preserve clarity.

The overall tone reads classical and literary, with a touch of theatrical flair from the sharp terminals and flared endings. It suggests engraved titles and old-world storytelling rather than minimal modern neutrality, producing a poised, slightly dramatic voice in both caps and mixed-case settings.

The design appears intended to blend traditional serif proportions with flared, chiseled endings that echo inscriptional lettering. Its goal seems to be a refined, display-friendly serif that stays readable while adding character through terminals, spurs, and a gently calligraphic rhythm.

Diagonal joins and curved strokes often terminate in small pointed hooks, which increases sparkle at display sizes. Numerals follow the same carved/ink-trap-like terminal logic, with distinctive pointed ends that keep figures visually consistent with the letters.
