A condensed, all-purpose Latin with heavy, inked strokes and intentionally ragged contours. Letterforms are mostly upright with simple, sturdy construction, but the outlines show chipping, blots, and worn corners that create a printed-from-metal or degraded-stencil effect. Curves and counters are irregular, with occasional bite-marks and fill-in that add texture while keeping the basic shapes legible. Spacing and rhythm feel slightly unsettled due to the distressed perimeter and minor width fluctuations across glyphs.

Works best for short, high-impact text where texture is a key part of the voice: posters, title cards, album covers, and themed branding. It also suits game UI headings or chapter screens where a worn-print aesthetic helps set mood. For longer copy, it’s most effective at larger sizes with generous leading to keep the distressed details from clumping.

The texture reads as gritty and timeworn, evoking hard-used packaging, back-alley posters, and analog reproduction. It carries a tough, utilitarian energy with a vintage edge—more raw and confrontational than refined—suited to themes that want imperfection as a visual cue.

The design appears intended to mimic degraded printing and physical wear—like ink stamped repeatedly, photocopied, or printed on rough stock—while preserving straightforward, readable skeletons. Its primary goal is atmosphere and tactility rather than neutrality.

In paragraph settings the distressed edge becomes the dominant feature, producing a lively, noisy color that can feel intentionally “dirty.” The uppercase set holds strong presence for headlines, while the lowercase retains a typewriter-like simplicity but with heavier, rougher ink behavior than a true mono look.
