An italic, calligraphic roman with sweeping entry and exit strokes, pronounced hairline-to-stem contrast, and a forward-leaning rhythm. Capitals are expansive and decorative, featuring thin, looping swashes that extend beyond the main letter bodies, while lowercase forms are more compact but still driven by pointed terminals and curved, brush-like joins. Counters tend to be tight and the overall texture alternates between bold, ink-heavy strokes and delicate filaments, creating a lively, shimmering page color. Numerals follow the same engraved-calligraphy logic with sharp diagonals, tapered ends, and occasional flourish-like tails.

Best suited to display typography such as invitations, event collateral, luxury branding, fashion or beauty packaging, and editorial titles where the dramatic contrast and swash capitals can be featured. It performs especially well in short phrases, pull quotes, and nameplates where spacing can be curated and the delicate hairlines have sufficient resolution.

The tone is sophisticated and theatrical, balancing refined classicism with a touch of showy ornament. Its strong contrast and swash-led capitals suggest ceremony, luxury, and expressive flair rather than plain utility.

The design appears intended to evoke formal calligraphy in a typographic, repeatable form—combining bold, sculpted strokes with fine ornamental swashes to create a premium, ceremonial look for display settings.

Swashes are most prominent in the uppercase set and can create interlocking shapes and uneven spacing in continuous text, especially at larger sizes where hairlines become a key visual feature. The italic slant and tapered terminals emphasize motion, making the face feel energetic and display-oriented.
