A high-contrast serif with flared, bracketed endings that broaden from the stems and give the letterforms a sculpted, ink-driven feel. Curves are generous and smooth, with crisp hairlines, fuller verticals, and softly rounded joins that keep the rhythm fluid rather than rigid. The capitals read as confident and slightly condensed in posture, while the lowercase shows lively modulation—especially in bowls and shoulders—with teardrop-like terminals on several forms and a distinctly calligraphic stress. Numerals follow the same contrast and flare, presenting an old-style, bookish texture with noticeable thick–thin shifts.

This font is best suited to headlines, deck copy, and prominent editorial typography where the contrast and flared serifs can be appreciated. It can also serve well for book covers, cultural posters, and branding that wants a classical, authoritative feel with expressive detail.

The overall tone is literary and editorial, blending classical gravitas with a touch of flourish. Its contrast and swelling terminals create a dramatic, refined voice suited to expressive typography rather than neutral UI text.

The design appears intended to reinterpret traditional, calligraphy-informed serif forms with pronounced contrast and flared stroke endings, aiming for an elegant, attention-holding texture in display and editorial settings.

Spacing and proportions produce a textured, uneven rhythm typical of display-oriented serifs: strong vertical accents, prominent serifs, and italic-like motion in some lowercase shapes despite an upright stance. The sample paragraph shows the face holds together well at larger text sizes, where the contrast and flaring details remain clear and intentional.
