A monospaced, upright face with chunky, low-contrast strokes and strongly irregular outlines. The letterforms read as if stamped or typed through worn material: edges are torn and wavy, counters are uneven, and stroke terminals appear blunted and ink-heavy. Geometry stays broadly simple and functional—single-storey forms in the lowercase and straightforward numerals—while the texture adds substantial visual noise and a dark overall color on the page.

Best suited for short, high-impact text where texture is part of the message—posters, flyers, album covers, title cards, and brand marks needing a worn or stamped feel. It can also work for in-world documents, labels, and UI elements in games or film graphics where a distressed, typewritten tone supports the narrative.

The overall tone is gritty and utilitarian, evoking aged typewriter impressions, photocopied documents, and distressed signage. It feels rugged and imperfect, leaning toward suspenseful, industrial, or underground moods rather than refined editorial calm.

The design appears intended to combine the strict cadence of monospaced typography with an intentionally degraded print texture, simulating mechanical lettering that has been weathered, over-inked, or repeatedly reproduced. The goal is clear character recognition with a deliberately rough, analog surface.

The distressing is consistent across the set, giving a cohesive ‘eroded ink’ effect that remains legible at display sizes but can accumulate into a dense texture in longer passages. The fixed-width rhythm produces a rigid, mechanical cadence that contrasts with the organic roughness of the edges.
