A high-contrast italic serif with crisp hairlines and dense, teardrop-like terminals that emphasize the slanted, calligraphic flow. Stems swell into heavy verticals while joins taper sharply, creating a pronounced thick–thin rhythm and a slightly “springy” texture across words. Serifs are fine and precise, with small brackets and pointed entry/exit strokes; counters are compact in places, and the curves show a controlled, engraved feel. The italic construction is assertive, with lively diagonals and pronounced hooks on letters like f, j, and y, giving the lowercase a distinctly cursive, editorial character.

Well-suited to editorial headlines, magazine typography, and brand moments that call for a refined, high-fashion voice. It can also work for short passages such as pull quotes, chapter openers, invitations, and packaging copy where its elegant contrast and italic motion can be appreciated without the hairlines getting lost.

The overall tone is luxurious and cultivated, leaning toward fashion and literary sophistication rather than utilitarian text. Its dramatic contrast and sharp detailing convey formality and flair, with a sense of classic polish suited to high-end presentation.

The design appears intended to provide a conventional serif structure infused with a dramatic italic attitude and high-contrast refinement, balancing classical proportions with expressive stroke endings for a premium, editorial look.

In running text the strong contrast produces a sparkling color and clear word shapes, but the finest hairlines and sharp joins suggest it will look best with adequate size and spacing. Numerals follow the same italic, high-contrast logic, with expressive curves and delicate connecting strokes that match the alphabet’s rhythm.
