A high-contrast serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and crisp hairline detailing. Serifs are fine and mostly bracketed, with sharp, tapering terminals that give the forms a polished, engraved feel. Capitals are stately and relatively narrow, while lowercase proportions stay balanced with a moderate x-height and clear ascender/descender separation. Curves are smooth and controlled; joins and stress read as traditional, and numerals follow the same elegant contrast and vertical rhythm, with a notably delicate, tapered “4.”

Best suited to display typography such as magazine headlines, section openers, pull quotes, and cover lines where the contrast can read crisply. It can also support premium branding and packaging, as well as formal printed pieces like invitations and programs, especially when set with generous spacing and solid reproduction.

The overall tone is formal and luxurious, projecting a composed, high-end editorial character. Its razor-thin details and poised silhouettes suggest sophistication and a fashion-forward sensibility while still feeling rooted in classical book and magazine typography.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic, high-fashion editorial voice: strong vertical presence, dramatic contrast, and refined detailing that elevates titles and prominent text. It prioritizes elegance and visual impact through delicate hairlines and carefully sculpted serif shapes.

At larger sizes the hairlines and fine serifs become a defining feature, creating a bright, shimmering texture in paragraphs. In smaller settings, the extreme stroke contrast and delicate terminals may require careful choice of size and printing/screen conditions to preserve clarity.
