A heavy, slanted slab-serif with compact proportions and tightly enclosed counters. Strokes are robust and broadly consistent, with prominent square-like serifs that read as chunky wedges and short brackets. Curves are sturdy and somewhat squared-off in places, giving rounds (C, G, O, S) a firm, muscular rhythm rather than a delicate one. The lowercase follows the same dense, workmanlike construction, with a sturdy two-storey a and a compact, rounded g; numerals are similarly bold and built for impact.

Best suited to short, prominent lines where a forceful silhouette is an advantage—posters, event titles, sports or team-style branding, product labels, and packaging callouts. It can also work for logotypes or wordmarks that benefit from a vintage, slab-forward presence, especially when set with generous tracking to preserve clarity.

The overall tone feels unapologetically strong and old-school, mixing a Western poster sensibility with the directness of vintage athletic lettering. Its slant adds forward motion, while the blocky slabs and tight spacing lend a confident, no-nonsense voice.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact in a compact width, combining an energetic slant with heavyweight slabs for a rugged, attention-grabbing display voice. Its shapes prioritize bold readability and a distinctive, poster-like personality over delicate detail.

At text sizes the massed strokes and narrow apertures can start to darken lines, but at display sizes the strong silhouette and decisive serif shapes stay crisp and recognizable. The ampersand and punctuation match the same bold, compressed energy, helping the font maintain a consistent texture across mixed content.
