This typeface is a slanted serif with a calligraphic construction and bracketed serifs that flow smoothly into the stems. Strokes show a clear thick–thin modulation with tapered terminals, giving letters a lively, handwritten rhythm while remaining structured for text. Capitals are relatively narrow and crisp, with sharp apexes and carefully shaped curves; the overall spacing feels even and composed. Lowercase forms are gently cursive in movement, with single-storey a and g, a looping descender on j, and a long, slightly sweeping f, reinforcing the italic texture. Numerals follow the same modulated logic, with elegant curves and serifed entry/exit strokes that align well with the surrounding text.

It is well suited to continuous reading in books and editorial layouts where an elegant italic voice is needed, such as introductions, emphasis, captions, and pull quotes. It can also serve refined display roles—literary titles, programs, and formal stationery—where the slanted serif texture adds sophistication without becoming overly decorative.

The font conveys a cultured, bookish tone—graceful and traditional rather than loud or experimental. Its slant and calligraphic stress add warmth and motion, suggesting sophistication and a touch of old-world formality suited to editorial and literary settings.

The design appears intended as a conventional, readable italic serif with a pronounced calligraphic flavor—balancing classical proportions and disciplined spacing with lively stroke modulation for expressive emphasis in text.

The italic angle is consistent across the alphabet, producing a cohesive, continuous text color in the sample paragraph. Curves (notably in C, G, O, Q, and the lowercase o/e) are smoothly drawn with balanced contrast, and serifs remain understated rather than heavy, helping the face feel agile in longer passages.
