A dense blackletter with tall vertical proportions and tightly set counters, built from broken, faceted strokes. Stems are strong and straight with crisp joins, while curves resolve into angled segments, giving letters a chiseled, geometric feel. Contrast is driven by broad verticals and tapered, pointed terminals; many forms end in sharp wedges and hooked finishing strokes. Uppercase characters read as compact and monumental, and the numerals follow the same carved, angular logic with distinctive diagonals and notched corners.

Best suited for large-format typography where its angular detailing and dense texture can be appreciated—such as headlines, posters, album or book covers, mastheads, and brand marks. It can also work for short, emphatic phrases on labels or packaging, but is most effective when used sparingly rather than for long passages.

The font projects a historic, ceremonial tone associated with manuscripts, proclamations, and heraldic display. Its sharp rhythm and weighty texture feel stern and dramatic, suggesting tradition, authority, and ritual formality.

The design appears intended to evoke classic blackletter traditions with a bold, carved appearance and a consistent vertical rhythm. Its forms prioritize impact and period character over neutrality, aiming to deliver an unmistakably historic, formal voice in display settings.

The overall color is very dark and continuous, with minimal open space inside letters, which creates a strong pattern on the line. Repeated vertical strokes and similar interior shapes create an intentionally uniform cadence typical of blackletter display styles, while pointed serifs and spur-like details add visual bite at larger sizes.
