A condensed display serif with tall proportions, sharp triangular terminals, and a consistent inline cut running through most strokes. The design relies on strong verticals and narrow counters, with high-contrast transitions on curved letters and a crisp, engraved look created by the interior linework. Curves are tightly drawn and symmetrical, while diagonals (A, V, W, X, Y) stay steep and slender. Figures and lowercase echo the same columnar rhythm, with simplified, vertical emphasis and clean, minimal joins.

Best suited to display settings where its inline carving can be appreciated: posters, headlines, pull quotes, branding marks, and packaging. It also works well for short editorial titling and event collateral where a compact, decorative serif can add a period feel without heavy ornamentation.

The inline carving and tall, compressed stance evoke a classic marquee and poster sensibility—dramatic, refined, and slightly theatrical. It reads as vintage and metropolitan, with an ornamental sparkle that suggests nightlife, fashion, and cinema-era elegance rather than everyday utility.

The design appears intended to deliver a bold, space-saving headline voice with a decorative inline treatment, combining refined serif shapes with an engraved, sign-painter/letterpress flavor. Its proportions and internal linework prioritize character and atmosphere over long-form readability.

The inline detail is prominent enough that texture changes noticeably with size: at larger sizes it reads like engraved linework, while at smaller sizes the interior cuts may visually fill in. Spacing and rhythm feel tight and vertical, producing a strong stripe pattern in words and headlines.
