A high-contrast serif with sharply tapered hairlines and prominent, darker vertical stems. Serifs are fine and mostly bracketed, giving the letterforms a crisp, carved feel without becoming slab-like. Curves are smooth and controlled, with tight joins and clean counters; round letters (O, Q) read as slightly condensed with strong thick–thin modulation. The lowercase shows a traditional text rhythm with a two-storey a and g, a compact shoulder on n/m, and narrow, pointed joins in v/w/x that emphasize the contrast.

This face suits magazine typography, book and chapter titles, pull quotes, and other editorial applications where contrast and sophistication are desirable. It can also work well for luxury or heritage branding and high-impact posters, especially at larger sizes where the hairlines and serif detailing can be appreciated.

The overall tone is elegant and formal, with a distinctly editorial polish. Its sharp contrast and refined detailing suggest luxury and tradition, while the crisp edges add a slightly dramatic, attention-grabbing presence in display settings.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic, high-fashion serif voice with strong thick–thin drama and precise, traditional construction. It aims to balance readability with a refined, premium impression, making it well suited to headline-led compositions and polished print layouts.

The numerals and capitals appear designed for strong headline presence, with bold vertical emphasis and delicate connecting strokes that create a lively sparkle on white backgrounds. The Q’s sweeping tail and the italic-like entry/exit angles on some lowercase strokes add a subtle calligraphic flavor while remaining upright and disciplined.
