A dense, block-built serif with heavy rectangular slabs and subtly bracketed joins. Strokes are thick and steady with noticeable but not delicate contrast, producing strong dark color in text. Terminals and corners are crisply cut, with small triangular notches/ink-trap-like cut-ins at some joins that add texture and help separate counters at heavy weights. Proportions run broad with generous capitals and round letters that feel spacious, while lowercase remains compact and sturdy; overall spacing reads tight-to-normal due to the weight.

Best suited to display sizes where its slabs, notches, and heavy rhythm can read clearly—posters, title treatments, signage, and bold packaging. It can also work for short punchy statements or labels, but the dense weight and strong personality make it less ideal for long-form text at small sizes.

The tone is bold and confident with a vintage, workmanlike flavor. Its chunky slabs and cut-in details evoke poster lettering, old-school sports or western-adjacent signage, and a slightly mischievous display energy rather than refined editorial calm.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact with a sturdy slab structure, combining broad proportions and textured cut-ins to keep shapes distinct under heavy weight. It aims for a recognizable, heritage-leaning voice that remains readable and forceful in attention-grabbing layouts.

Round forms (O, Q, 8) are strongly oval and weighty, and the numerals match the letters’ mass, making figures feel integrated in headlines. The italic is not shown; the style reads firmly upright with consistent, emphatic verticals and broad serifs that give lines a stamped, impactful presence.
