A robust slab-serif with pronounced, blocky serifs and clear stroke modulation that creates a crisp black–white rhythm. Terminals and joins are subtly rounded, softening the otherwise mechanical structure, while many corners show small cut-ins/ink-trap-like notches that help maintain clarity at heavier points. Counters tend toward rectangular or softly squared forms (notably in O and D), and spacing feels steady and workmanlike, with a slightly condensed, punched-in texture in text. Numerals are sturdy and open, with simple, readable silhouettes and consistent slab treatment.

Well-suited to display roles where the slab serifs can carry the design: headlines, posters, labels, and packaging that want a sturdy, industrial flavor. It can also work for short editorial passages or pull quotes when a typewriter-like texture is desired, though the bold slab rhythm will remain a prominent stylistic element.

The font conveys a practical, industrial tone—evoking typewritten paperwork, stamped labeling, and mid-century editorial utility. Its strong slabs and high-contrast detailing give it an assertive, no-nonsense voice that still feels approachable due to the rounded shaping and softened corners.

The design appears intended to blend typewriter-inspired sturdiness with refined contrast and softened geometry, producing a practical slab serif that stays legible while delivering a distinctive, mechanical character.

The uppercase set reads more rigid and architectural, while the lowercase introduces a more text-friendly cadence with straightforward forms (single-storey a, compact e) and prominent slab terminals. In paragraph settings, the heavy slab presence creates a distinctive horizontal banding that can become a stylistic texture.
