A slanted, monospaced serif with a typewriter-like skeleton and visibly roughened outlines. Strokes show uneven edges and slightly broken terminals, as if printed through dry ink or worn type, while the underlying letterforms stay fairly disciplined and repeatable. Serifs are compact and blunt, curves are open and slightly flattened in places, and counters remain clear. Overall rhythm is steady and mechanical, with the distress adding a soft wobble and surface grain rather than changing the basic proportions.

Well suited to applications that want a typewritten voice with character: film/TV props, faux documents, screen-style titles, and editorial or packaging that leans retro. It can also work for short body copy or captions when a textured, analog print feel is desired, especially at sizes large enough for the rough edges to read cleanly.

The texture and slant give it a vintage, hardboiled tone—suggesting old correspondence, field notes, or archival documents reproduced through imperfect printing. It feels utilitarian and human, with just enough grit to read as lived-in rather than decorative.

The design appears intended to mimic an italic typewriter face while adding distress to evoke age, duplication artifacts, or imperfect ink transfer. The consistent spacing and restrained serif structure keep it usable for structured layouts, while the worn texture supplies atmosphere.

Capitals read assertive with sturdy verticals, while lowercase has a straightforward, typewritten cadence and simple, readable forms. Numerals keep the same workmanlike construction and benefit from the consistent spacing, which reinforces the document-like feel even when the texture becomes noticeable.
