A delicate serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and hairline finishing strokes. Serifs are small and crisp, often bracketed into the stems, and the joins are clean with a smooth, calligraphic flow. Uppercase forms feel stately and slightly narrow in impression, with pointed apexes on A/V/W and a compact, formal rhythm. Lowercase shows a traditional text structure with a two-storey a and g, open counters, and tapered terminals that keep the color light and luminous across lines. Numerals follow the same refined logic, mixing sturdy main strokes with very fine hairlines and sharp terminals.

Well suited to editorial typography where contrast and elegance are desirable—magazine layouts, cultural publishing, and refined brand systems. It can work for larger body text in high-quality conditions, and excels for headlines, pull quotes, and title work where the hairlines and sharp terminals can be appreciated.

The overall tone is poised and upscale, balancing classical bookishness with a contemporary editorial sheen. Its strong contrast and restrained detailing read as sophisticated and precise, lending a sense of luxury and authority without becoming ornate.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic serif voice with a modern, fashion-forward contrast profile. It prioritizes refinement and crisp detail, aiming for a polished reading experience and strong typographic presence in editorial and branding contexts.

In text settings, the hairlines and thin joins become a defining feature, creating a bright texture that benefits from generous sizes and good printing or rendering conditions. The spacing appears measured and even, supporting smooth line rhythm, while distinctive shapes like the Q tail and the sculpted S add character without disrupting consistency.
