A heavy display face built from compact, condensed letterforms with a chunky silhouette and pronounced irregular edges. Strokes look as if they were painted or cut from thick ink, with ragged contours, small cavities, and frequent downward drips that extend below the baseline. Terminals often taper into spikes or strings of “ooze,” creating strong vertical accents and a lively, uneven rhythm. Counters are generally tight and sometimes partially closed, and width varies noticeably from glyph to glyph, emphasizing a handmade, distressed construction.

Best suited for short, bold headlines where texture and mood are the priority—event posters, haunted attractions, seasonal promotions, album/track art, and game or film title cards. It can also work for logo-style wordmarks in spooky themes, but is less appropriate for body text due to the dense counters and deliberately irregular edges.

The overall tone is ominous and macabre, channeling classic horror props like wet paint, slime, or blood. Its exaggerated drips and rough texture give it a theatrical, B‑movie energy that feels more playful-creepy than refined or serious, making it ideal for attention-grabbing scares.

The design appears intended to mimic thick, dripping material and rough hand-rendered lettering while keeping the underlying forms upright and readable. Its purpose is to deliver immediate genre signaling through silhouette, drips, and distressed contours rather than typographic neutrality.

At smaller sizes the interior openings and distressed edges can visually fill in, while the long drip descenders increase the apparent line height. The font reads best with generous tracking and extra leading to keep the dripping details from colliding across lines.
