A heavy, slab‑serif, typewriter-like design with rounded terminals and blunt serifs, rendered with intentionally uneven contours. Strokes keep a largely consistent thickness, but the outlines show soft wobble, nicks, and occasional fill-in or pinholes that mimic ink spread and worn impression. Curves are lumpy rather than geometric, counters tend to be tight, and joins are chunky, creating dense letterforms with strong black presence. Overall spacing and rhythm feel fixed and mechanical, while the edge texture introduces irregularity and print noise.

Best suited for display use where its rough printing character can be appreciated: posters, album artwork, headlines, book or zine covers, and themed branding. It can work for short paragraphs when a rugged, typewritten vibe is desired, but the dense weight and distressed edges are more effective in titles, callouts, and larger-size text.

The font conveys a gritty, analog tone—like battered type, stamped lettering, or rough letterpress pulled from imperfect equipment. Its dark color and distressed surface read as tactile and utilitarian, leaning toward archival, underground, and documentary moods rather than polished corporate neutrality.

The design appears intended to capture the voice of old mechanical type with the imperfections of age, ink spread, and uneven printing. It prioritizes atmosphere and material texture while keeping letterforms sturdy and familiar for readable, punchy display typography.

Uppercase forms feel blocky and authoritative, while the lowercase retains the same sturdy build and rough contouring, keeping the overall voice consistent across cases. The distressed treatment is integrated into the silhouettes (not just surface speckling), so the texture remains visible even at larger sizes and becomes more atmospheric at smaller sizes.
