A compact, blackletter-inspired display face with tall proportions, tight apertures, and strongly angular construction. Strokes read largely uniform in thickness, but the letterforms are shaped with chiseled corners, sharp notches, and faceted joins that create a carved, steel-cut feel. Bowls and counters tend to be narrow and vertical, with occasional wedge-like terminals and slight flaring at curves. The overall rhythm is dense and vertical, with pronounced diagonals in letters like N, V/W, X, and Z and a distinctive, stylized ampersand and numerals that match the same cut, Gothic logic.

Best suited to short, prominent text such as headlines, posters, mastheads, logotypes, and branding where a medieval or Gothic cue is desired. It also works well for event titles, game/fantasy theming, album artwork, and packaging that benefits from a dense, high-impact texture.

The tone is historic and ceremonial, evoking medieval manuscripts, heraldry, and old-world signage. Its dark texture and pointed details give it a dramatic, authoritative voice that can feel ominous or theatrical depending on context.

The design appears intended to reinterpret blackletter calligraphy into a crisp, display-friendly font with a consistent stroke weight and sharply faceted details. It prioritizes atmosphere and period flavor over neutrality, aiming for an instantly recognizable Gothic presence in modern compositions.

Lowercase forms keep the same angular DNA as the caps, producing a consistent texture across mixed-case settings. Several glyphs show intentionally idiosyncratic calligraphic cuts (notably in S/s, g, and the numerals), which adds character but increases visual intensity in long passages.
