A slanted, high-contrast serif with a calligraphic, sculpted feel. Thick–thin modulation is pronounced, with narrow hairlines and weight concentrated along the main strokes; many terminals finish in sharp, wedge-like serifs and subtly flared ends rather than blunt cuts. Curves show diagonal stress, and joins are crisp, giving letters a slightly compressed, energetic rhythm. Uppercase forms are stately and angular, while the lowercase is more flowing, with a single-storey a and g and a lively, tapered italic structure. Numerals follow the same dramatic contrast and incline, reading clearly with elegant, pointed finishing strokes.

Best suited to display typography such as magazine headlines, pull quotes, book covers, and premium brand identities where the italic energy and sharp contrast can be appreciated. It can also work for short bursts of emphasis in editorial layouts, but is likely most comfortable at medium-to-large sizes.

The overall tone is assertive and refined, balancing traditional bookish elegance with a more theatrical, fashion-forward italic swagger. It feels ceremonial and premium, suited to moments that call for emphasis, contrast, and sophistication rather than neutrality.

The design appears intended as a refined, attention-grabbing serif italic that draws on calligraphic construction and flared finishing strokes to deliver a luxurious, editorial voice with strong typographic color.

The letterforms lean into sharp details—tight apertures, pointed terminals, and strong stroke contrast—so the texture becomes more rhythmic and patterned at larger sizes. In longer settings the italic slant and narrow hairlines create a lively, slightly high-strung color that favors careful spacing and generous leading.
