A heavy, compact blackletter with tall, tightly spaced proportions and blunt, faceted terminals. Strokes are largely monoline in feel, with sharp corners and small internal counters that create a dense texture in text. Vertical stems dominate, while bowls and shoulders are constructed from straight segments and angled joins, producing a crisp, carved rhythm. The uppercase set reads especially architectural and blocky; the lowercase maintains the same rigid geometry with minimal roundness and sturdy, simplified forms. Numerals follow the same cut, angular construction and sit firmly in the line with strong vertical emphasis.

Best suited to short, prominent settings such as headlines, posters, band or event branding, and packaging where a bold gothic voice is desired. It also fits signage-style applications and title treatments, especially at medium to large sizes where the angular details and compact counters remain clear.

The overall tone is traditional and commanding, evoking gothic signage, old-world print, and ceremonial or institutional authority. Its dense color and pointed geometry give it a severe, dramatic presence that feels historic and formal rather than casual.

The design appears intended to deliver a forceful blackletter look with simplified, sturdy construction—maximizing visual weight and a carved, architectural feel while keeping ornamentation minimal. It aims for immediate historical association and high impact in display typography.

In longer passages the dense black texture and tight internal spaces become a defining feature, prioritizing impact over easy small-size readability. The shapes stay consistent across cases, with a restrained, less-ornate take on blackletter that relies on weight and faceting rather than flourishes.
